Founding List Drawing: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Lumé Nails & Head Spa – Mableton, 4875 Floyd Rd SW, Suite 105, Mableton, GA 30126 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who live in Georgia and are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted from the day this page is published until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day before the Grand Opening drawing. The Grand Opening date will be posted on this page and sent to entrants at least 7 days before the drawing.
4. How to enter
Scan the QR code in the Sponsor's window or visit this website and complete the Founding List form. Limit one entry per person and per mobile number. Entrants receive one bonus entry for each new person who completes the form using the entrant's personal share link, up to 10 bonus entries. Entries generated by automated means, or with false or duplicate information, are void.
5. Prizes
Four (4) prizes will be awarded, one per winner:
- Grand prize: one Apple iPhone. Model and approximate retail value (ARV) will be posted on this page before the drawing.
- Second prize: one Louis Vuitton handbag. Model and ARV will be posted on this page before the drawing.
- Third prize: one pair of Apple AirPods. Model and ARV will be posted on this page before the drawing.
- Fourth prize: The Lumé Signature Day (gel manicure, deluxe pedicure and Stress Reset Experience head spa ritual). ARV: $189. Must be redeemed by appointment within 90 days of notification.
Prizes have no cash value, are not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. A winner of a prize valued at $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Apple and Louis Vuitton are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, this promotion.
6. Drawing and odds
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries at the Grand Opening, starting with the grand prize. Each person can win only one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by text message and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing and must reply within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn.
8. Founding offer
The first 100 people to join the Founding List receive 20% off one service on their first visit. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, has no cash value, and expires 60 days after opening.
9. Your information
Sponsor uses the information you provide to run this drawing and to contact you about the opening and future offers. We never sell your information. Text messages are sent only if you check the text-message box; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Checking that box is not required to enter.
10. General
